Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking an Event Security Officer for Kansas City Current at CPKC Stadium. Join a dedicated team focused on safety and outstanding service, with opportunities to contribute to a range of security duties during events.

You will deter threats, monitor access, collaborate with event staff and emergency services, and help ensure a positive attendee experience while upholding professional standards.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old; age depends on local laws.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in event security or related field is advantageous.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence as required.
• Patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and ensure safety.
• Monitor access points, perform bag checks and screenings.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances.
• Collaborate with staff, law enforcement, and emergency services as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist attendees.
• Report incidents to supervisors and document activities for leadership.
• Adhere to policies and maintain professionalism and security standards.
