Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is hiring an Event Security Officer at Allianz Field in Saint Paul, MN. This part-time role focuses on safety, crowd management, and exemplary customer service to attendees and staff.

The officer will patrol, monitor access points, conduct screenings, and respond to incidents while coordinating with event personnel and emergency services as needed. A valid security license is preferred or obtainable where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Strong observational and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attendees and staff.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to event schedules.
• Maintain physical fitness to stand or walk for long periods.
• Possess a valid security license or willingness to obtain one if required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional presence to client and BEST standards.
• Patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activities and ensure safety.
• Monitor access points, perform bag checks and entry screenings.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including medical events.
• Coordinate with staff, law enforcement, and emergency services as needed.
• Provide customer service by assisting attendees and giving directions.
• Document security-related occurrences and report to supervisors.
• Prepare and submit activity reports to leadership.
• Uphold company policies and maintain high professionalism.
