Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and ensure safety.
• Monitor access points, conduct bag checks, and perform entry screenings.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including medical emergencies.
• Coordinate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting attendees and giving directions.
• Report security incidents to the supervisor or medical personnel.
• Document activities observed and submit reports to leadership.
• Uphold company policies and security guidelines to maintain professionalism.
