Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and meet local regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous event security or related experience advantageous.
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visible, professional security presence.
• Patrol assigned areas to deter unsafe activity.
• Monitor access points and conduct screenings.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with event staff, law enforcement, and EMS.
• Provide customer service and directions to attendees.
• Document incidents and report to supervisors.
