BEST Crowd Management is hiring for an Event Security Officer at US Bank Stadium. The part-time position offers $20 per hour and requires a professional security presence to protect attendees, staff, and property during events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous event security or related field experience is preferred.
• Excellent observation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid security license or willingness to obtain one.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional presence to client and BEST standards.
• Patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and ensure safety.
• Monitor access points, conduct bag checks, and entry screenings.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or medical emergencies.
• Coordinate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services.
• Provide customer service by assisting attendees and giving directions.
• Report incidents to supervisors or medical personnel.
• Document relevant activities and submit reports to leadership.
• Uphold company policies and maintain professionalism and security effectiveness.
