Job summary

TITAN Global Enterprises Inc. is seeking dedicated security and event staff to ensure safety, service, and seamless experiences at venues and events in Atlanta.

You will greet guests, monitor access, enforce policies, and collaborate with teammates to deliver professional service. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior security or event staffing preferred; CPR/First Aid is a plus; training provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in security, customer service, or event staffing preferred (training provided).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring venues, events, and client facilities.
• Provide professional guest services, including greeting, wayfinding, and general assistance.
• Enforce venue and client policies with tact, professionalism, and respect.
• Identify and respond to potential risks or security concerns proactively.
• Conduct access control, credential checks, and crowd management as assigned.
• Monitor and report incidents accurately, completing required documentation.
• De-escalate conflicts and resolve guest issues in a calm and effective manner.
• Support event operations, including ticket scanning, bag checks, ushering, and directional support.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and partner vendors to ensure a cohesive and seamless experience.
