As a member of our Security and Event Staff team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, service, and success of venues, special events, and client operations. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–12 hours).
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Reliable transportation to and from worksites.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid security license/guard card where required by state law (training/certification available for qualified candidates).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules demand.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; must comply with company grooming and uniform standards.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure or emergency situations.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional service.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (preferred).
