Responsibilities

• Staff Supervision & Leadership: Deploy staff for events, assign shifts, breaks and equipment; coach and mentor the team.
• Event Security Operations & Compliance: Enforce venue policies; monitor staff interactions with guests and clients; represent the arena.
• Escalation & Incident Management: Resolve escalated security situations; document all incidents with accuracy.
• Performance Management & Reporting: Provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, and communicate issues to Security Management.
