Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old (age requirements vary by location).
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in event security or related field is advantageous.
• Must be physically able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Exhibits strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Ability to work in a team with diverse colleagues.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays per schedule.
• Valid security license or willingness to obtain one if required.
• Background check and drug screening clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and equipment/signage placement.
• Monitor access points and conduct security checks to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist attendees with inquiries.
• Collaborate with event staff and security to maintain safety.
• Assist in crowd management and flow of attendees.
• Respond promptly to incidents following established protocols.
• Monitor areas to enforce rules and safety procedures.
• Address attendee concerns or complaints calmly and professionally.
• Adhere to company policies to deliver high service and security standards.
