Job summary

BEST Crowd Management at Kyle Field is seeking an Event Staff / Security team member to support event operations and safety. You will assist with setup, monitor access, and help attendees while coordinating with security for a safe experience.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma (college preferred) and the ability to stand for long periods. Prior event security or customer service is a plus; expect background checks and possible drug screening, with evenings/weekends/holidays as

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in event security or related field is advantageous.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Valid security license or willingness to obtain one (if required by local regulations).
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and equipment/signage placement.
• Monitor access points and conduct security checks.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist attendees with inquiries.
• Collaborate with event staff and security to maintain safety and order.
• Assist in crowd management and ensure smooth entry/exit flow.
• Respond to security incidents following established protocols.
