Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in event security or related field preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and pass background/drug screening.
• Valid security license if required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and equipment/signage placement.
• Monitor access points and conduct security checks.
• Provide friendly customer service and attendee assistance.
• Collaborate with staff and security to maintain safety.
• Assist in crowd management and control entry/exit flow.
• Respond to incidents or emergencies per protocols.
• Enforce event rules and safety procedures.
• Resolve attendee complaints calmly and professionally.
