• Advanced ability to respond to security breaches and threats.
• Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods of time.
• Inform personnel and visitors of security procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage visitors at access control points with courtesy, decisiveness, and professionalism.
• Maintain consistently professional appearance and demeanor of public-facing staff.
• Validate strict compliance with security standards.
• Coordinate with local authorities and DHS as needed.
• Ensure high standards of conduct with zero tolerance for unprofessional behavior.
• Handle employee discipline procedures transparently when necessary.
• Facilitate high level communication between contract staff, client management, and company managers.
• Prepare for effective response to potential crises and emergencies.
• Provide high level customer service through daily interactions with students, staff, faculty and visitors.
