Job summary

American Furniture Rentals is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Support specialist in Georgia. The role collaborates with the Account Executive to generate new business and grow existing accounts through inside sales techniques.

You will manage quotes, update the NAV system, and coordinate with Operations to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has event or hospitality experience, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Event or Hospitality experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills (phone & email).
• Professional, sales-forward demeanor and problem-solving ability.
• Teamplayer with ability to handle fast-paced workflow.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with outside sales team to meet monthly goals.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email to ensure repeat business.
• Create presentations for client event needs and meetings with Account Executive partner.
• Identify and research potential sales leads.
• Manage quote process from initial request through delivery and billing.
• Enter leads, clients and orders into CRM; ensure data accuracy.
• Assist clients in designing events using furniture and themes.
• Follow up with clients to close business and increase revenue from repeat renters.
• Coordinate with Operations for inventory and scheduling.
• Communicate rental policies and manage client expectations.
• Attend sales/ops meetings and provide necessary information to teams.
• Attend monthly client meetings and quarterly networking events.
• Participate in regional calls and training as needed.
