Job summary

EventWorks LLC is seeking a Sales Account Coordinator to work with the National Account Executive to grow existing customers, create new ones, and exceed expectations. The SAC will be a client advocate with accountability for client communication and relationships.

The role involves showroom visits, quotes, rental orders, and close collaboration with operations, sales, and customer experience to ensure exceptional service for events in Nashville and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience, minimum 1 year.
• Receptionist experience preferred (1 year).
• Experience in sales coordination, account management or customer service is a plus.
• Familiarity with hospitality or rental industries is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate showroom visits, handle quotes and rental orders.
• Enter client changes accurately and track details.
• Check inventory/availability and flag conflicts.
• Follow up on open quotes, contracts, payments, etc.
• Keep delivery, install, strike, and contact information organized.
• Assist with layouts, product photos, spec sheets, and client presentations.
• Maintain organized orders as events approach.
• Handle smaller client requests to focus on big accounts.
• Assist with post-event paperwork and invoicing.
