Job summary

EventWorks LLC seeks a Sales Representative for our Dallas market to deliver exceptional inside sales support, respond to inquiries, and assist clients with rental selections. You will prepare quotes, process orders, and proactively grow revenue through thoughtful upselling while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes showroom experience, product knowledge, and collaboration with Account Executives and leadership to ensure a superior client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, event rentals, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails promptly to assist customers and qualify opportunities.
• Prepare quotes, contracts, and rental orders accurately and efficiently.
• Guide clients through rental options and upsell complementary products.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up on open quotes to convert opportunities.
• Support showroom appointments and client interactions with professional service.
