Job summary

Advanced Staging Productions is seeking an Associate Project Manager to serve as the external face and internal hub for project delivery. You will work with clients and internal teams to plan and execute events, ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget.

The role requires travel, early mornings, evenings, and weekend work based on event schedules. When onsite you support live event execution; when not on show, you contribute to pre-production planning from the office and coordinate

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a project management role.
• Experience of preparing and tracking budgets of events.
• Understanding of technical project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers to ensure timely, cost-efficient, professional project delivery.
• Demonstrate commitment to Advanced Staging Productions standards and operations.
• Improve AV knowledge and stay current with industry practices.
• Work cooperatively to provide seamless client service.
• Support strategic planning for execution timelines and budgets with internal teams.
• Coordinate activities with internal teams and vendors to meet milestones and ensure safe, controlled progress.
• Visit sites to check progress as required.
• Manage small projects from start to finish.
