We collaborate with artists, designers, and cultural advocates to create immersive events, stunning visuals, and informative cultural experiences. Founded by Jenny Do, an attorney and passionate supporter of the arts, the festival celebrates heritage, creativity, and community. Our vision is to foster cross-cultural understanding and make a lasting impact through meaningful partnerships and volunteer-driven initiatives.
Role Description
We are seeking a Volunteer Project Manager to help lead the planning and execution of our next event cycle. This is a remote volunteer position with a 6-month commitment, ideal for someone passionate about event planning, cultural preservation, and nonprofit work.
The candidate must be able to travel to San Jose, CA periodically, especially in the weeks leading up to and during the main event.
This role reports directly to the Event Executive Director and plays a key part in aligning team efforts, tracking progress, and ensuring the success of Áo Dài Festival 8.
Project Duration: November 20, 2025 – May 10, 2026
