A leading company in telecommunications is seeking a Launch Engagement Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service to new clients while facilitating engagement with their products and services. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment. The Launch Engagement Specialist is responsible for providing a best-in-class customer service experience (White Glove Service) to new on-boarding customers while deepening customer engagement within our HW products and services.
