University of Louisville’s Delphi Center for Teaching and Learning seeks an Events Coordinator IV to manage 200+ events yearly, from booking through wrap-up, ensuring exceptional client service and seamless execution.

The role collaborates with clients, ECS team, business office, and vendors, overseeing logistics, quotes, and invoicing while contributing to sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years’ direct experience booking and coordinating meetings and events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word; basic Excel; experience with Momentus and Visio.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of booked events including room setups, catering, AV, and special services.
• Respond to inquiries/requests for proposals and provide accurate pricing and information.
• Track and report on event dispositions, participate in team meetings, and support marketing efforts.
