Job summary

You will coordinate venues, catering, AV, and related services, and document all event details while supporting sales and marketing efforts to drive bookings and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Direct experience booking and coordinating meetings and events is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle booking from inquiry to event execution and wrap-up.
• Coordinate room setups, catering, AV, and equipment for events.
• Enter accurate event details in Ungerboeck and coordinate with staff/vendors.
• Track dispositions of inquiries and support marketing with success stories.
