Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, Vectorworks, or SketchUp is a plus.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept through completion
  • Manage production timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and client communications across multiple overlapping or simultaneous projects
  • Translate creative concepts into executable production plans, collaborating closely with internal design, fabrication, and tech teams
  • Own all production workflows, including developing production decks, schedules, staffing plans, site plans, and run-of-shows
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout production process
  • Identify and anticipate potential challenges; proactively troubleshoot issues to maintain schedule and quality standards
  • Negotiate with and oversee third-party vendors, contractors, and production staff
  • Oversee on-site builds, installations, and strike, ensuring all logistics, technical elements, and safety protocols are executed flawlessly
  • Ensure accurate documentation of project details and post-event wrap-up, including debriefs and budget reconciliation
  • Stay current with trends in experiential design, fabrication, and event technology
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on event production experience, ideally in brand activations, experiential, fabrication-based, or tech-driven events
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects from ideation through execution
  • Deep understanding of AV, lighting, staging, fabrication, and permitting processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; confident interfacing with clients and managing teams
  • Proficient in production tools and project management platforms
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working irregular hours and traveling as needed for events
  • Strong creative instincts and a passion for delivering immersive experiences
  • Experience working with creative agencies and high-profile brand clients is a plus
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, Vectorworks, or SketchUp is a plus
