Job summary

Center for Creative Leadership seeks an experienced event logistics professional to coordinate both on-site and virtual event operations. You will design classrooms, manage breakout rooms, and oversee AV setup, ensuring seamless delivery of printed materials and assessments.

You’ll serve as the main liaison for participants and the delivery team. You will also analyze participant data to assign feedback, prepare facilitator spaces, and support rehearsals for Live Online sessions, maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly required or relevant work experience managing virtual meetings, training, or a technical background/experience.
• Strong skills in Microsoft suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams) required.
• Exceptionally strong technical skills with Virtual Meeting platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Skype for Business, etc.) required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on- and off-site event logistics including classroom design, setup, breakout rooms, space, meals, and AV equipment; serve as liaison for participants and delivery team.
• Communicate with event delivery team to ensure status clarity and mitigation of issues; analyze participant data and assign feedback.
• Lead day-to-day contact for the delivery team; ensure timely preparation of high-quality event materials and supplies; assist facilitators as needed.
