Job summary

Boosta is seeking a Lead Events Manager in the United States to lead and grow a team of four specialists, shaping event strategy and executing high-impact initiatives.

You will own the long-term roadmap for the events function, manage budgets, oversee major corporate events and conference stands, and collaborate across functions to drive global brand presence.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in the event industry with leadership experience and budget management.
• Strategic thinking and production expertise in merchandise and promotional products.
• Fluent Ukrainian and Upper-Intermediate (B2) English.
