Job summary

Boosta is seeking a Lead Design professional to own the design direction for a fast-growing product. You will report directly to the CEO as the sole design owner, guiding end-to-end design for mobile and web while building a cross-platform design system.

You will drive conversions through onboarding, paywall, and activation, and lead a design team as needed. Flexible remote work is offered with international presence.

• Proven growth design experience with A/B testing.
• Strong portfolio with mobile and web work.
• Ability to lead and build a design team.
