Job summary

Henkel AG & Co. KGaA is seeking an Event Production Coordinator to support Hair Pro Regional events and Academy programs. You’ll manage inventory, packing, shipping, vendor coordination and run-of-show plans to deliver high-quality events.

In this role, you will develop detailed timelines, coordinate cross-functional partners, and supervise installation and teardown to ensure on-time, on-budget execution and exceptional attendee experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support operational execution of Hair Pro Regional events and Academy programs, focusing on inventory, vendor management, logistics and material readiness
• Assist production execution with Academy and Regional events; manage packing, shipping and receiving and vendor coordination
• Develop and maintain event timelines, run-of-show schedules and contingency plans to mitigate risks for flawless delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external partners as a single point of contact for objectives, logistics, communications and attendee experience
• Oversee event installation and teardown with vendors, contractors and internal teams to ensure timely setup, budget adherence and excellence across environments
• Execute all event logistics and site readiness activities, ensuring venues, assets, technology, supplies and staffing are in place for successful events

What you´ll do

• The Event Production Coordinator supports operational execution of Hair Pro Regional events and Academy programs, with a primary focus on inventory and vendor management, logistics, and material readiness
• Support with production execution with Academy and Regional events. Manage, maintain packing, shipping, and receiving, along with vendor management
• Develop and maintain detailed event timelines, run-of-show schedules, and contingency plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure flawless event execution
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external partners, serving as a point of contact to align event objectives, logistics requirements, communications, and attendee experience
• Oversee event installation and teardown activities, coordinating vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely setup, adherence to budget, and operational excellence across all event environments
• Execute all event logistics and site readiness activities, ensuring venues, production assets, technology, supplies, and staffing requirements are in place to support flawless event delivery
