Job summary

Henkel AG & Co. KGaA in Culver City seeks an Events & Experience Coordinator to design and execute branded experiences across our regional and company events, ensuring high quality and on-brand delivery.

You will develop event concepts, source décor and materials, coordinate venues and vendors, and lead post-event analysis to drive improvements for future experiences.

This role focuses on storytelling through engaging experiences that reflect our Laundry & Home Care and Hair care brands.

Responsibilities

• The Events & Experience Coordinator supports the design and execution of events, ensuring high-quality, branded experience across all Regional office initiatives and cross-branded company events
• Task Develop event concepts, visual layouts, décor plans, and attendee experience elements that align with company brand standards and desired event outcomes
• Curate and source décor, furnishings, experiential elements, and event materials to elevate engagement and create memorable experiences
• Conduct comprehensive pre-event readiness reviews and rehearsals, ensuring all event elements, materials, technology, branding, and stakeholder responsibilities are aligned and fully prepared for successful delivery
• Oversee all event readiness activities, including venue setup, vendor coordination, production schedules, run-of-show management, and contingency planning to ensure flawless execution
• Manages resources needed and ensures timely local execution of initiatives
• Lead the collection and analysis of post-event feedback, engagement metrics, and stakeholder input to evaluate event effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and drive enhancements for future experiences
