Job summary

Henkel is seeking an Event & Experience Coordinator for Hair Professionals in Culver City, CA. You will design and execute branded experiences, coordinate vendors, and manage event logistics for multiple regional and cross-brand events across the consumer brands portfolio.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 4 years of event production, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Travel up to 20% is expected, with opportunities for growth within Henkel's global brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years' work experience in event production and logistics.
• Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) experience.
• Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of events across Regional offices and cross-branded company events.
• Develop event concepts, layouts, decor plans, and attendee experience elements.
• Curate décor, furnishings, experiential elements, and event materials.
• Conduct pre-event readiness reviews and rehearsals for flawless delivery.
• Oversee venue setup, vendor coordination, production schedules, run-of-show, and contingency plans.
• Collect post-event feedback and analyze engagement metrics for improvements.
