Job summary

Henkel's Adhesive Technologies division in Greenville, SC is seeking a skilled supply chain professional to translate mid- to short-term plans into actionable schedules. You will coordinate with Purchasing, Material Planning and Plant Production Schedulers to ensure raw material availability and optimal production flow.

You will drive S&OP/IBP processes, monitor performance against plans, analyze data, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen planning accuracy and

• Supply chain management experience and knowledge of planning processes.
• Experience with S&OP/IBP and integrated business planning.
• Ability to translate plans into actionable schedules and materials.

• Continuous improvement mindset and project coordination abilities.
• Cross-functional coordination across plants and suppliers.
• Understanding of inventory policies and material planning fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Converts mid-term production plans into short-term plans by turning planned orders into firm orders.
• Develops and reviews short-term production and scheduling plans, considering capacity and timing.
• Manages stock transfers up to the 1st decoupling point and coordinates with the Replenishment Planner.
• Monitors daily production against weekly plans, tracking availability and adherence, and suggests corrective actions.
• Identifies short-term FG requirements and provides allocation proposals based on business priorities.
• Assists in inventory analysis by reviewing policies, tracking slow-movers, and monitoring obsolete stock.
• Maintains key manufacturing parameters, including capacity constraints, for accurate planning.
• Provides inputs for S&OE, addressing material availability and capacity constraints.
• Works with Plant Production Schedulers to coordinate on scheduling activities.
• Collaborates with Purchasing and Material Planning to ensure raw material availability for production.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall planning performance.

Thesalary for this role is $85,000.00. This range represents thegood‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offerfor this role at the time of posting.In addition to base salary, thisposition may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, asapplicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package asdescribed above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as thecandidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
