Aramark Corporation is seeking an Hourly Supervisor to oversee event operations, ensuring top customer service, safety, and quality while driving sales and controlling costs. The role requires hands-on support for POS devices, network checks, and incident resolution during events.

You will lead device deployment, assist cashiers, and coordinate with event staff, maintaining logs and inventory while upholding safety standards across venues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in IT, computer science, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience supporting POS systems, hardware troubleshooting, or IT helpdesk work preferred.
• Experience in stadium, arena, restaurant, retail, or high-volume hospitality environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stage, charge, configure, and test POS terminals, handheld devices, card readers, and printers prior to each event.
• Verify menu items, pricing, and system updates have synced correctly across all POS stations.
• Confirm network connectivity (Wi-Fi/hardwired) for all point-of-sale locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve device issues identified during pre-event checks.
• Coordinate with concessions, catering, and retail managers to confirm device counts and stand assignments.
