Job summary

Aramark is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor to lead daily retail operations at event and non-event days, driving sales and ensuring exceptional guest service. You will supervise Retail Leads and Associates, coach on sales techniques, and ensure adherence to inventory and safety standards across locations.

The role emphasizes staff development, accurate execution of opening/closing procedures, and promoting promotional campaigns while maintaining a guest-focused retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail operations and supervise Retail Leads and Retail Associates.
• Coach, train, and develop team members on sales techniques and guest engagement.
• Monitor employee performance and provide real-time feedback.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires and assist with scheduling.
• Drive sales initiatives and ensure high-quality guest service across events and non-event days.
