Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Current Certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Controls labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels and driving efficiency.
• Maintains control of production, supply and inventory costs per SOPs.
• Audits service and quality on a regular basis.
• Adheres to standards and tracking procedures daily.
• Develops strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
• Supervises teamwork and service on a regular basis.
• Manages daily employee issues per Aramark policies and procedures.
• Supports training programs to enhance guest service and revenue growth.
• Assists in annual employee reviews and observes performance issues.
