Duties

  • Negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, entertainment providers, and other vendors to secure optimal terms and services.
  • Manage event budgets meticulously, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services or enhancements.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event setup and execution using advanced event management software and CRM systems to streamline communication and documentation.
  • Oversee catering arrangements, banquet setups, guest services, and technical requirements to ensure a flawless experience.
  • Lead a team of staff or vendors during events, providing clear direction and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies for events through various channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback, analyze successes, identify areas for improvement, and report on key metrics.
  • Uphold high standards of hospitality industry best practices by managing guest relations and ensuring exceptional hospitality experiences.
