Job summary

AEG in Los Angeles is seeking an Activation Coordinator to onboard and activate new partner accounts, support revenue retention initiatives, and handle essential administrative tasks to ensure a seamless partner experience.

You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinate event activations at LA Kings events, fulfill partnership commitments from promotions to hospitality, and maintain strong client relationships through meticulous account management.

Qualifications

• Onboard and activate partner accounts
• Support revenue retention initiatives
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Experience with CRM systems preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in MS Office; Photoshop preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day account maintenance for partnerships
• Attend events requiring activation support
• Fulfill promotions, events, broadcasts, hospitality per agreements
• Prepare partnership recaps for teams and venues
• Coordinate internal communications between sales and operations
