Qualifications

• Setup of event, BOH organization and management of rental equipment.
• Trash and general kitchen/sanitation maintenance.
• Light kitchen prep such as hors d'oeuvre composition and garnishes.
• Help breakdown event; pantry BOH focused; may assist on event floor if needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up for events and organize back-of-house operations.
• Manage rental equipment, trash, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with light food prep, plating, and finishing touches as needed.
