Constellation Culinary Group in Sarasota, FL is seeking an Event Pantry staff member for part-time support at events. You will set up event spaces, organize back-of-house operations, manage rental equipment, and maintain kitchen sanitation.

Light kitchen prep may be required for hors d'oeuvre garnishes and finishing touches, with staff sometimes assisting on the event floor. You will help breakdown after events and ensure smooth pantry operations.

Position Summary: Responsible for setup of event, BOH organization and management of rental equipment, trash, and general kitchen/sanitation maintenance. Potentially some light kitchen food prep (not cooking, but sometimes hors d'oeuvre composition, garnishes, other finishing touches, and helping plate out). Helps breakdown event. Pantry is primarily BOH focused, but staff may be asked to step in on the event floor if needed.
