Responsibilities

• Setup of event, BOH organization and management of rental equipment, trash, and general kitchen/sanitation maintenance.
• Potentially some light kitchen food prep (not cooking, but sometimes hors d'oeuvre composition, garnishes, other finishing touches, and helping plate out).
• Pantry is primarily BOH focused, but staff may be asked to step in on the event floor if needed.
• Helps breakdown event.
