Job summary

Constellation Culinary Group in Sarasota, FL is hiring for an Event Pantry position to support event setup and BOH operations in a dynamic catering environment. The role includes managing rental equipment, trash, and general kitchen sanitation, with potential light prep and plating tasks.

• Pantry is primarily BOH focused, but staff may be asked to step in on the event floor if needed.
• Helps breakdown event.
