Job summary

Constellation Culinary Group is hiring an Event Pantry/Driver for our Florida Commissary in Miami, FL. You will handle receiving, loading and unloading service equipment, and ensure clean, properly organized dishware and rentals for events.

Responsibilities include lifting up to 50lbs, driving a 26' box truck, and maintaining a clutter-free work area while coordinating with teams to support catering operations.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Nice-to-haves: Experience picking, loading, labeling, and working within a food distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, lifting, moving, storing, issuing, counting, sorting, weighing and verifying items on requisitions or invoices.
• Loading and unloading service equipment, food, and beverage before and after events.
• Cleaning dishes in a foodservice environment to ensure there are plenty of clean tableware and rentals are handled properly.
• Maintain a clean working space, keep area free of clutter and organized, set up dish station and/or satellite cleaning stations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing and able to drive a 26' box truck as well as lift up to 50lbs
