Job summary

Constellation Culinary Group at the Museum of Fine Arts in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking an Event Pantry team member for part-time shifts. You will help with event setup, BOH organization, rental equipment, and basic sanitation.

Your duties may include light kitchen prep, garnish work, and assisting with plating, plus breakdown after events. Join a dynamic hospitality team with weekly pay and growth opportunities.

• Trash and general kitchen/sanitation maintenance.
• Light kitchen prep such as hors d'oeuvre composition and garnishes.
• Help breakdown event; pantry BOH focused; may assist on event floor if needed.

Position Summary: Responsible for setup of event, BOH organization and management of rental equipment, trash, and general kitchen/sanitation maintenance. Potentially some light kitchen food prep (not cooking, but sometimes hors d'oeuvre composition, garnishes, other finishing touches, and helping plate out). Helps breakdown event. Pantry is primarily BOH focused, but staff may be asked to step in on the event floor if needed.
