Job summary

Monte Carlo Productions, an Atlanta-born event company, seeks an on-site Event Operator to manage day-to-day on-site operations and warehouse duties. You will oversee setup and takedown of decor, props, and equipment, ensuring smooth flow from preparation to teardown.

The role requires physical stamina, organization, and teamwork to support unforgettable events. Based in Atlanta, you will coordinate with the team, maintain inventory, and assist with transportation and maintenance of equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in event operations or decor setup.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs+ and move heavy equipment.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and takedown of event decor, props and equipment.
• Safely transport event supplies to and from venues.
• Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse.
• Conduct regular quality checks on decor and equipment.
• Coordinate with the event team to prepare materials for transport.
• Oversee on-site operations during events and assist with last-minute changes.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse space.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of event equipment and decor as needed.
• Ensure punctuality and smooth operations teams.
