Job summary

ACME Resources Corp. is seeking a Production Specialist to assist with the setup and breakdown of event equipment and infrastructure while ensuring safety and client specifications are met.

You will work with installers, drive vehicles to transport equipment, and support both sales and production teams. The role requires physical stamina, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.

Qualifications

• Experience with audiovisual equipment, furniture, staging, and décor.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects and work long hours.
• Strong attention to detail and safety during setup and takedown.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks; familiarity with Google Workspace helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and breakdown of event equipment per client specs.
• Transport equipment using box trucks or vans and ensure safe handling.
• Load/unload gear and prep/deliver items from warehouse.
• Coordinate with Sales Project Managers and Production leadership to resolve issues.
• Complete paperwork and reports for event setup and equipment.
• Ensure equipment meets quality standards and is functional before events.
