Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Event Coordinator in Glen Allen, VA to plan, coordinate, and oversee live event logistics. You will work closely with clients, service contractors, and facility staff to ensure successful events from start to finish.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree plus 1–2 years of related experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Experience coordinating events or similar projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate event logistics with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities with service contractors for events.
• Explain contract provisions, policies, and procedures to clients.
• Keep clients informed on deadlines, floor plans, and insurance requirements.
• Process check requests and event-related purchases.
• Communicate detailed requirements to Operations staff clearly and promptly.
• Schedule operational set-ups and supervise facility set-ups as needed.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients and facility departments.
• Monitor events and follow up on client requests and issues.
• Attend planning and operations meetings as needed.
• Ticketing experience is preferred (ticketing platforms, event setup, sales reports).
