Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Milwaukee is seeking an Operations Event Staff member to assist with the setup and tear down of events, and handle general building operations. You will work directly with the Ops Manager and team to execute day-of-show tasks, maintain safety and guest experience, and ensure adherence to Live Nation policies while supporting Special Events as scheduled.

Candidates should be able to lift 45 lbs, communicate in English, stay calm in crises, and collaborate with staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to perform under pressure and in crises, keeping composure.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-of-show duties with Ops Manager and Ops Supervisor.
• Follow up with Services teams to ensure service standards.
• Perform opening/running/closing duties per Live Nation policy.
• Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control and report issues.
• Stay current on Standard Operating Procedures.
• Turn in all lost and found items to Box Office.
• Ensure proper line of sight during guest contact.
• Collaborate with the M.O.D. to resolve guest issues.
• Work Special Events scheduled throughout the venue.
