Job summary

Elite Sports Clubs in Milwaukee is seeking an Events & Club Operations Assistant to support both special events and daily club operations across four Milwaukee-area locations. You will assist with event setup, support, and teardown, while also helping with cleaning, organization, and light maintenance around the club.

Ideal candidates are flexible, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable working indoors or outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to stand, bend, lift, push, and remain active for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down onsite and offsite events including inflatables, tents, tables, games, signage, and other equipment.
• Supervise event equipment and activity areas to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Assist with club cleaning, organization, and light maintenance.
