Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Milwaukee is seeking an Operations Event Staff member to support setup, running, and teardown of events, and to assist with building operations.

You will work with the Ops Manager to meet service standards, follow procedures, handle guest issues calmly, and perform opening, running, and closing duties. A high school diploma, clear English, and the ability to lift at least 45 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to perform in crises and work under pressure without loss of composure.
• Ability to walk, stand, lift at least 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Ops Manager and Ops Supervisor to perform day of show duties.
• Follow up with Ops Manager and Supervisor Services teams to ensure that service standards are met.
• Perform opening/running/closing duties according to Live Nation policy.
• Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area and reporting any issues encountered.
