Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Operations & Conversion Supervisor for Mesa Convention Center in Mesa, AZ. The role oversees daily facilities operations, event readiness, and changesovers, ensuring safety and guest-focused service.

You’ll manage part-time staff and coordinate with contractors and departments to support a wide variety of events. The position is on-site with non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Event Management, Operations, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility operations, event operations, or similar venues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and event readiness, coordinating with internal departments, contractors, vendors, and event organizers.
• Coordinate event setups, changeovers, room flips, and equipment movements; supervise staff and ensure safe, efficient operation.
