Legends Global in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Part-Time Operations & Conversion Team Member to support setup, conversion, and breakdown of event spaces at the Mesa Convention Center. You will help with room resets, equipment movement, housekeeping, and safety compliance to ensure spaces meet client specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in event operations or related settings is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Set up and remove tables, chairs, staging, and other event equipment.
• Assist with room resets, conversions, and floor plan changes.
• Support changeovers between meetings, conventions, and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of spaces and back-of-house areas.
• Move equipment and supplies throughout the facility and report safety concerns.
