Job summary

Legends is seeking a Part-Time Operations & Conversion Team Member at the Mesa Convention Center. You will help set up, convert, and maintain event spaces to meet client specifications and schedules, working on-site in a fast-paced venue with a team-oriented environment.

The role involves housekeeping, equipment movement, and safety procedures, collaborating with Operations, Event Management, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in event operations or related roles preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Capable of fast-paced, team-oriented work.
• Basic problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and remove tables, chairs, staging, and other event equipment.
• Assist with room resets and event conversions per floor plans.
• Support changeovers between meetings, conventions, and events.
• Maintain cleanliness of spaces and back-of-house areas.
• Move equipment and supplies around the facility.
• Respond to event-related requests and monitor spaces.
• Follow safety procedures and report concerns.
• Provide excellent guest service to clients, vendors, and attendees.
