Legends Global seeks an Event Manager for the Hampton Roads Convention Center to coordinate client services and events. You will liaise between clients and internal staff, ensure adherence to policies, and supervise planning and execution of events in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include pre-event briefings, detailed communications, cost estimation, and post-event reporting, with flexibility for extended hours and weekends as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of facility management principles and services for similar facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and provides professional client services support for events.
• Prepares detailed work orders, floor plans, staffing schedules and instructions.
• Maintains up-to-date event information and communicates changes.
• Prepares event cost estimates and monitors final billing.
• Oversees event setup and liaises between clients and staff to meet contractual requirements.
