Job summary

Encore Indianapolis seeks a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee floor activities, lead technicians, and manage workflow to deliver exceptional service at events and hotels.

You will supervise scheduling, timekeeping, and inventory, ensuring client satisfaction, cost control, and upselling opportunities. You will participate in pre-production meetings and maintain high standards across Encore properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years in AV and customer service/hospitality with supervisory experience.
• Experience leading workflow and teams in a live event setting.
• Proficiency with AV equipment used in live shows and with computer hardware.
• Strong leadership and customer satisfaction focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor activities and technician workflow to ensure timely, high‑quality equipment delivery.
• Provide supervision, scheduling, and timekeeping for staff.
• Review client quotes and advise on cost efficiencies and potential challenges.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure safety and quality of equipment.
• Attend pre-production meetings and coordinate with clients and hotel teams.
